Q. Mr. Hardy, were you the joint owner of your - what I believe is your previous home, 3 St. Mary's Square, Bury St. Edmunds?

A. I was the registered owner, for the purposes of the Land Registry, but I was not the beneficial owner.

Q. So you were registered with the Land Registry as a joint owner?

A. The Land Registry shows me as the registered owner, but I am not a beneficial interest.

Q. Right.

A. And never was.

Q. There was a mortgage registered on that property. Was that mortgage in your joint names?

A. Yes, it was.

Q. How can you be a joint owner and you are also paying the mortgage, but you do not have beneficial interest? Could you explain that to me, please?

A. Simply my wife contracted to buy the house. She was the only party between the vendors and the house purchase. But when it came to getting a mortgage, the building society required my name to be on the register at the Land Registry.

Q. So you do not regard yourself as the joint owner of that property?

A. Not beneficially, no. Never have been.

Q. Did you share in the proceeds of the sale?

A. Not at all.

Now print what the rest of it - including what the Judge said.

Then apologise.

mh did you mean the bit about when the judge knew you were lying about not having time to get copy bank statements?!!!! and CJ replied you had about a year! youre an inveterate liar its an open and shut case to anyone whose read the transcripts. spin forever to$$er it wont do you any good we all know the truth about you now. have you been thrown out of court yet against kpmg? if not it shouldnt be long to go now :lol: what a loser

Why don't you stop lying and actually post the transcript and then apologise?

I presume because CJ is telling you not to under any circumstances as it not only shows you are lying, but it shows him being bollocked by the Judge for he and O'Neil altering a Court order without lawful authority.
