Everyone knows that it wasn't a loan. It was a bribe for the assets hardy stole and sold to Lawley.
As a % of that bribe went to Gordon Kidd, he is also part of the the same crime just like the stalking incident where these 2 thieves stalked and harassed CJ's kids. The court found hardy guilty but Gordon Kidd escaped the country and could not be found by the courts. |

it could also 've been blackmail just like when mrH tried to blackmail cj over the edi money so he could pay himself. not my opinion i'm quoting fact from the docs published. also mr h shot himself again in an email written to gartshore as i recall from one of cj's statements. remember mrH attacked gart when he found out.
