Remind you of anyone?
"The position which you held as an [appointed] representative was one of high privilege and trust,” the judge said.
“This offence involved a prolonged gross breach of that trust. It is no exaggeration to say that you had hardly got your feet beneath your desk as an [officer] before you were planning to defraud the [group] to which you were [appointed] and the people you were [appointed] to serve.
This was very deliberate and blatant dishonesty. You did not fall into this offence as a result of some unfortunate combination of unforeseen circumstances which happened to suddenly present you with temptation. You knew the system of expenses inside out and this was a claim you devised and planned with some care.”

| Yes sounds like the Judge could've been talking about MH fooling us from day 1, then selling assets to his friend Lawley and taking the money. But telling us a different story and doing his best to make sure we never got to know the truth. Which is why he wont answer simple questions asked by many of us over the years like how much exactly did Lawley/his co pay? And did he nick the money all in one go? and how was it nicked? Was it paid to Judith Hardy to cover up the theft? |

Nah!
Sounds like Jan and Chris Jones, aided and abetted by Downs and Calderbank, ripping off Great Ormond Street and the CVA contributors.
I haven't breached any trust whatsoever. Just ask the OR. |

Because its now in the hands of the OR and nothing to do with any of you. You need to recognise the universal maxim that whilst a company is solvent its shareholders vest power in the directors, but insolvency vests it in the creditors and sod the shareholders AND that is what KPMG deliberately caused by their petition.
Why not ask the OR why they haven't written to shareholders or creditors yet?
Could it have something to do with KPMG?
Methinks (on good authority) HMRC used the EDI case where KPMG still refuse to hand over monies to kick-start the OFT investigation announced yesterday. What a shame it won't help any of you lot - but Oh Boy does it help me!
Love and kisses to all this Friday 13th
