 Seasons Greetings to all former Just Group plc shareholders and Just Action Group members.
In response to the minority who questioned my apparent silence since my departure from Just Group in November 2002, please refer to my bulletin board post on ADVFN of the 27th February 2003. I provide a link below. I draw your attention, in particular, to the first two paragraphs, which remain as appropriate today as at that time:

I would advise that I have not wanted to address certain issues in isolation for reasons which will become apparent. I have kept a number of members informed of certain developments and have requested confidentiality on delicate matters; I must thank those members for their assistance and understanding and thank the remainder of you for your patience.
I envisage being able to write to all JAG members in seven days, which will be in email format, to address all pertinent issues which I consider to be JAG related.
